A global celebration of talent, growth,and opportunity—Radisson Hotel Group expands Career Fest 2025 to engage wider audiences

Radisson Hotel Group today announces Career Fest 2025, its largest-ever career festival designed to inspire, upskill, and attract the next generation of hospitality professionals. Running throughout October 2025, the month-long hybrid event brings together more than 75,000 team members and future talent across +105 countries to celebrate career growth, learning, and mobility in the hospitality sector. Career Fest underscores Radisson Hotel Group’s reputation as an employer of choice in one of the world’s most dynamic industries.

Building on the success of previous Career Month and Career Fest editions, this year introduces an expanded, unified format that combines both internal and external activations. Career Fest 2025 reflects the Group’s commitment to investing in people, championing diversity, and setting new standards in talent development.

As part of this ongoing commitment, Radisson Hotel Group recently celebrated the graduation of the inaugural cohort of its flagship “A Brilliant Journey of Advanced Development” (ABJAD) program at the Radisson Blu Hotel, Riyadh Convention & Exhibition Center. Developed in partnership with the Ministry of Tourism, ABJAD equips Saudi nationals in supervisory roles with the skills and knowledge necessary to advance into managerial positions, supporting the Kingdom’s Vision 2030 goals. This initiative complements other development platforms such as the Concierge Navigation to Success Program, which refines the skills of Saudi nationals in front-of-house roles. Together, these programs reinforce Radisson Hotel Group’s role as a champion of Saudi talent development and leadership acceleration.

Since launching Career Month in 2023, Radisson Hotel Group has transformed the concept into a year-round platform creating opportunities, clarifying career paths, and accelerating leadership growth. Since 2023, 64% of General Manager appointments in MEA have been through internal promotions or transfers, demonstrating the Group’s commitment to developing people from within. To build the next generation of leaders, the GM Accelerate Programme has already placed seven General Managers in MEA since inception.

Learning remains at the heart of the Group’s approach through Radisson Academy Live. In 2025 alone, over 300 team members participated in live learning events in Tunis, Lusaka, Nigeria, and Egypt, gaining hands-on leadership insights, career-building tools, and networking opportunities. The final Radisson Academy Live for 2025 will take place in October at the Radisson Blu Doha.

The October event will feature a comprehensive calendar of inclusive activities tailored for every stage of a hospitality career. Global, regional sessions and local activations will include pivot stories; level-up sessions; advice from leaders; on-site hotel tours and Q&A sessions with general managers; interactive workshops on building a clear, broad and fast career plan, crafting an attractive CV and standing out during interviews; and trends in the hospitality industry, amongst others, to empower participants with real-world tools and insights.

All activities across the month will align under three strategic pillars, ensuring global consistency while allowing for local adaptation:

  1. Find your passion: Connecting internal and external talent with meaningful career pathways across Radisson’s global portfolio
  2. Develop your career: Delivering practical workshops, leadership tools and pathways, and career resources for upskilling and growth
  3. Inspire to take the next step: Celebrating the stories, journeys, and achievements of the Group’s team and hospitality professionals globally.

New for 2025: Career Spaces

This year marks the debut of Career Space, a dedicated digital hub offering internal teams direct access to career resources, tools, and opportunities, as well as the launch of a career site for external candidates. The new platform highlights Radisson’s Employee Value Proposition across four pillars—Build a Great Career, Live the Magic of Hospitality, Experience the Team Spirit, and Lead with Your Ambition—making it easier than ever to pursue a rewarding career in hospitality.

With a global presence spanning more than 1,580 hotels worldwide, Radisson Hotel Group employs one of the industry’s most diverse workforces encompassing 142 nationalities. Delivering Career Fest in a hybrid format, with global virtual sessions complemented by locally tailored activations across hotels and offices, ensures maximum accessibility and engagement.
