An exciting collaboration blending Japanese-Peruvian cuisine with Korean luxury design
Chotto Matte, the globally renowned Japanese-Peruvian restaurant, is partnering with Genesis Middle East and Africa and Genesis Wallan, the Korean luxury vehicle brand, to celebrate Father’s Day with a vibrant dining experience that combines bold flavors with refined design.
On Saturday 21st of June guests dining at Chotto Matte Riyadh can enjoy the Father’s Day deluxe menu, featuring a curated selection of the restaurant’s signature Nikkei dishes, and will receive a special gift from Genesis, adding a thoughtful gesture to mark the occasion with family and loved ones.
The night will feature a vibrant Evening Entertainment Program from 8:00 PM to 12:00 AM, bringing energy and excitement to the celebration. Guests will enjoy a live music performance followed by an upbeat DJ set, while roaming dancers add dynamic movement throughout the venue. The evening will culminate in a spectacular fire show, creating a truly unforgettable experience.
The experience begins with Queso & Maíz Fundido, a warm sweet corn and queso fresco dip with jalapeño, coriander, and crispy corn tostadas. This is followed by Yellowtail “Nikkei Sashimi,” delicately paired with cherry tomatoes, jalapeño, coriander, and yuzu truffle soy.
Guests will enjoy a vibrant Sushi Selection featuring two pieces of spicy tuna hako roll, along with dressed otoro and salmon nigiri, a delicious trio that brings together bold flavors and delicately tender textures.
Main dishes feature the bold and flavorful Tentáculos De Pulpo, where perfectly grilled octopus meets a vibrant blend of textures, and the indulgent Truffled Mushroom Rice, a guest favorite that delivers rich, earthy depth in every bite.
For the grand finale, guests can enjoy in the melt-in-your-mouth Wagyu Sirloin, glazed in a luxurious truffle teriyaki sauce, followed by the Chef’s Choice Dessert — a sweet surprise to end the celebration on the perfect note.
