TEKA, the internationally renowned kitchen and home appliances brand, has officially inaugurated its first flagship showroom in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, located in Jeddah, through a strategic partnership with Abdul Latif Jameel Electronics (ALJE). The opening ceremony brought together senior leadership from TEKA, ALJE, and MIDEA Group, alongside kitchen dealers, business partners, influencers, and industry representatives.
The new flagship showroom showcases TEKA’s premium built-in kitchen solutions, offering visitors an immersive experience that highlights the brand’s commitment to innovation, German engineering, and contemporary design. The space is designed to inspire homeowners, designers, and developers while supporting the evolving needs of the Saudi market.
During the opening ceremony, Mr. Hisham Hamza, CEO of Abdul Latif Jameel Electronics, emphasized the strategic importance of the partnership, noting that the launch reflects a strong collaboration built on shared values of quality and innovation. He highlighted that the project aligns with ALJE’s vision to expand its portfolio of premium global brands, enhance customer experience, and contribute to the objectives of Saudi Vision 2030.
This was followed by remarks from Mr. Scott Fu, President of MIDEA Group for the Middle East, Africa, Russia, and India (MEARI), who highlighted the long-standing relationship between MIDEA Group and Abdul Latif Jameel Electronics. He noted that with the opening of the TEKA flagship showroom, all MIDEA Group appliance brands are now well represented in the Saudi market, expressing confidence in the long-term success of the collaboration.
Concluding the executive speeches, Mr. Arturo Manso, Regional CEO of TEKA for the Middle East, spoke about TEKA’s brand philosophy, stating that the kitchen represents the heart of the home — the most important space where everyday life comes together. He reaffirmed TEKA’s position as a German kitchen specialist and a trusted leader in built-in appliances, offering products designed to be reliable partners in modern homes.
The official ribbon-cutting ceremony was led by Mr. Hisham Hamza, CEO of Abdul Latif Jameel Electronics; Mr. Mohammed Dbouk, Managing Director of Abdul Latif Jameel Electronics; Mr. Scott Fu, President of MIDEA Group (MEARI); and Mr. Arturo Manso, Regional CEO of TEKA Middle East, marking the formal opening of the flagship showroom.
