United Pharmaceutical Company announced that it has entered a formal agreement with Global Healthcare Company to acquire “Kunooz Pharmacies,” a pivotal step reflecting the company’s ambition and ongoing expansion within the Kingdom. This acquisition will solidify United Pharmacy’s position as one of the leading providers of pharmaceutical services, as the company seeks to enhance its presence in Riyadh and expand access to high-quality healthcare products and services across the region.

Customers of Kunooz Pharmacies will continue to receive uninterrupted service, with integration plans focused on maintaining continuity while introducing enhanced product ranges, improved systems, and expanded healthcare offerings following completion.
This transaction remains subject to approval by the General Authority for Competition and the satisfaction of customary closing conditions.
